Delivery and Refunds Info
Any orders placed after 12:00 pm GMT, will be shipped on the next business day.
All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival.
All orders are in US Dollars.
We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping.
You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed.
If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
DHL Express is in transit for 2-3 days and then the time to deliver varies on how fast your country will release the order from customs and duties. We have no control over the time this takes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipping outside of the Turkey) - ........ has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. ........ is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by DHL for shipping or Processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
· Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
· If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.
· We do not ship to Hotels or Vacation homes.
· Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
· You may send an order back for an exchange or store credit only. No Refunds.
· We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon-Fri.
· We do not offer any price adjustments once an order is shipped.
· Final Sale items do not get restocked.
· FINAL SALE items are non returnable, no store credit and no exchanges.
· Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
· Items marked "Final Sale" or "Buy One Get One Free" are not eligible for Exchange. No Refunds, No Exceptions.
· All items will be inspected upon return. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging- with hygienic liner still attached, MV tags, and garment bag. If liner is not attached, (due to hygienic reasons), your return will be refused and customer is responsible for return shipping or item will be forfeited.
· If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for dry cleaning per item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to missing garment bag and or tags.
· Customer is responsible to insure package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return.
· ......... is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.
· We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
· Customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to us.
· Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
· You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
